Ćureća pršuta je delikates naše porodice, ponos i dika naše kuće, nešto što je deka spremao godinama, a što smo mi, unuci, rešili da podelimo sa celim svetom!

Ćureća pršuta se pravi od samo tri sastojka: ćurećeg belog mesa, himalajske soli i belog luka. Sam proces pripreme zahteva vreme, jer za savršen komad ćureće pršute potrebno je od 5 do 6 nedelja predanog rada i posvećenosti.

Od jednog kilograma svežeg ćurećeg belog mesa, dobijamo oko 450 gr ćureće pršute, koja je 100% prirodna, ne sadrži nikakve dodatke, emulgatore, boje ili ostala čuda. Tako da u njoj mogu uživati svi, bez obzira da li pate od alergija, problema sa pritiskom ili su na rigoroznim dijetama.

Naša pršutica ima i savršen nutritivni sastav: masti teže nuli, a proteini čine čak 42,3% pršutice.

Turkey prosciutto is a delicacy of our family, the pride of our home, something that grandpa had been making for years and which we, the grandchildren, have decided to share with the whole world!

Turkey prosciutto is made from only three ingredients: turkey white meat, Himalayan salt and garlic. The preparation process itself takes time because it takes up to 5, 6 weeks of dedicated work for the perfect piece of turkey prosciutto.

From one kilo of fresh turkey meat, we get about 450 grams of turkey prosciutto, which is 100% natural, contains no additives, emulsifiers, colors or other bad things. So everyone can enjoy it, whether they suffer from allergies, pressure problems or they are on rigorous diets.

Our prosciutto also has the perfect nutritional composition: fats are close to zero and proteins are 42.3%.
